ORDERS RECEIVED BY MAIL FOR A REFUND

1. If your return package tracking number shows that your package has arrived at the indicated warehouse and you have included a return form and invoice within the package, please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed.

2. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been issued.

3. Refunds are processed back to your method of payment within 5-7 business days after we initiate the refund.
