I HAVE A STITCHES, SIRENS, URBAN BEHAVIOR/KIDS/PLANET GIFT CARD - CAN I REDEEM IT ONLINE?

Yes, you can use your gift card online on the Urban Planet website (including Sirens, Stitches and Urban Kids).

If you are using a Gift Card in one of our stores, it must be used at the brand the gift card was issued for.

You can redeem a gift card purchased online at any Urban Planet location as well as online at www.urban-planet.com. To find the location nearest you, please visit our store locator here.

Merchandise Cards issued from our stores may also be used online as long as they have the scratch and remove PIN on the reverse side of the card.

While in your Shopping Cart, input your gift card number and pin number in the “Gift Card” section found on the bottom-left side of the screen and select “Check Status and Balance”. Once your balance appears, you can add the gift card to your subtotal. Then, press “Secure Checkout” and proceed with the rest of the check-out process.

Please note: At this time, only the use of 1 gift card per purchase is permitted.
